Senior Quant Analyst (VP level)

Job Description:

  • Maintain and develop the high frequency trading (HFT) trading platform for Equities Derivatives business
  • Work closely with the traders to develop the trading models and algorithms development
  • Make sure the produced code is stable, high performance and meeting the users’ requirements
  • Build the environment for backtesting purpose
  • Candidate requires to work on the trading floor and provide second level support

Requirements:

We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

  • Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • 8+ years of application development experience in C++ programming on low latency platform.
  • Proven experience in software development for any financial service industry, preferably in Equities, Equities Derivatives environment, is a plus
  • Experience in algorithmic trading for Market Making business is preferable
  • Passionate about new technologies and eager to learn and self-driven
