Job Description:

  • Manage large amount of client account documents scanning, filing, indexing and data management
  • Support ad hoc projects and duties as assigned


We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

  • F5 or above
  • With 3 years of clerical work experience is required
  • Good typing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Words, Excel and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and with initiative
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
