Assistant - Private Wealth Management

Job Description:

  • Provide quality and efficient sales and trading support service to Relationship Manager, specialists and management
  • Assist in preparing, opening and reviewing loan and deposit documentation while working with Relationship Manager to ensure adherence to standards and regularly requirements
  • Handle clients' enquiries, account opening, orders placing and other administration work
  • Ensure all procedures are in full compliance with company policy and related rules and regulations
  • Perform other duties as required


We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

  • Higher diploma or above in related disciplines
  • With 3 years of clerical work experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including fluency in Putonghua
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, good team player and self-motivated
  • Qualified to be registered under SFC in relevant regulated activities
